This amazing company is the only provider of fully integrated software that allows complete management and tracking of many stages of scientific medical programmes. In this digital era, we are trying to eliminates paper based management systems and this software provides full visibility across the entire clinical programme from material collection to final drug delivery - allowing the user to carefully monitor the process in real-time, digitally.
As their Product Manager, you will responsible for the digital strategy, roadmap, and feature definition for their product. You will communicate the product vision from the highest levels of executive leadership to development and implementation teams.
Core skills required:
Collaborating with your fellow Product Managers and Customer Support Teams, you will strive to understand customer problems in this exciting sector of medical technology. You will hypothesize, test and refine solutions; provide strong ownership and advocacy to help make a case to bring them to reality and work closely with the highly talented and driven Teams working on Design, Software, Development, Marketing, Operations, Propositions and Commercial to bring essential value to market quickly and iterate on these based on customer feedback.
You will have:
A background working on digital transformations /products
Hands-on experience working with Engineering teams, success defining/launching high calibre products and project management
Prepare detailed requirements from a customer experience perspective for developers
Develop strong internal relationships at all levels in the business to share information and obtain buy in and cooperation suppliers
Work with Digital Marketing and Customer Service to deliver promotional and support information
Develop an understanding of the objectives and commercial requirements of the business
