Anthony Alexandra’s are working in a partnership with an established financial advisory firm who is seeking an IFA Administrator to join their expanding team of financial planning professionals. Strong work ethic, motivation and professionalism is key along with previous experience of at least 12 months within a financial services organisation.

This role is ideally suited to someone who wants to progress with professional qualifications and learn off dynamic Financial Advisers. The successful candidates will be required to undertake the following duties: -

  • To provide efficient administration support to the IFA's
  • Working with Pensions, Investments and Protection products
  • Preparing Financial Advisers for meetings
  • Working closely with qualified Paraplanners assisting with technical support
  • Liaison with product providers
  • Working with platforms
  • Preparation of correspondence including letters and emails

This is an ideal opportunity if you are keen to build upon your existing skills, knowledge and experience within the IFA sector. The skills and experience required for this exciting role includes:

  • 1- 2 years’ experience working within an IFA, Provider or Financial Services environment
  • Experience using back office systems
  • General knowledge of all Investments, Pensions and Protection Products
