My client is looking for a graduate level Finance individual to join there team in London.
Would ideally like the candidate to be Bilingual/Multilingual, speaking French will need to be one of these.
Day to Day activities will include:
Purchase Ledger (AP)
- Post purchase invoices
- Coordinate purchase invoice appeal
- Schedule Invoice payments
- Enter payments onto online banking system for approval
- Receive expense forms and receipts
- Match receipts to expenses claim
- Review expenses
- Receive credit card statements and distribute to card holders
- Receive analysed credit card statements and receipts
- Match receipts to individual transactions
- Review transactions
- Posting of purchase ledgers payments
- Posting of sales ledger payments
