My client one of the world's largest Insurance companies, is recruiting a User Experience Research Analyst due to continued growth. They are currently going through a exciting digital transformation at present and now is the time to be an integral part of that transformation. They are looking for someone who is passionate about UX and making a difference to the customers experience through research and interviewing internal and external stakeholders.

They are looking for an practiced User Experience (UX) Research analyst who has strong field and lab experience coupled with excellent research skills (preferably gorilla research). You will have string project management expertise and be able to relay data from research into detailed reports.

Role Overview
*Plan, execute and communicate studies that reveal the motivations and behaviors of users
*Collaborate with teams across the business to inspire design thinking and customer empathy
*Act as a catalyst for a culture that delivers outstanding experiences for real people, grounded in meaningful evidence
You will bring an encyclopedic understanding and ravenous curiosity regarding user experience and have a love of learning, grounded in curiosity, open-mindedness and a drive to make things better by understanding them more completely..
As a User Experience Researcher you will:
*Plan, execute and communicate user experience research that provides tangible findings and clear calls to action.
*Work with designers, product managers, strategists and developers to prioritize research opportunities in an agile, fast-paced, iterative environment.
*Mentor junior researchers and designers, and give constructive feedback on research plans and reports.
*Bring a strong understanding of qualitative and quantitative methodologies as well as best practices and core principles of great user experience.
*Produce written reports and live presentations that inspire action through clarity and relevance, for audiences ranging from technical thinkers to highest-level executives.
*Represent the customer's voice in the product development process.
*Manage relationships with third party research agencies.
*Enthusiastically advocate for the value of research across the business

Experience / Knowledge:
*Extensive knowledge of usability and user experience research tools and qualitative techniques (e.g. heuristic reviews, benchmarking, card sorts, tree tests, lo-fidelity prototype testing, interviews, field research)
*A strong understanding of relevant technology and digital trends and research experience in multiple digital channels
*A proven track record of delivering research that achieves audacious goals and drives commercial growth
*Exceptional analytical, creative and problem solving skills
*Experience of creating personas, customer journey maps, process flows
*Research experience in both direct to consumer and enterprise or business websites/apps/tools
*Experience of quantitative methods e.g. questionnaire design, behavioral analysis, statistical/analytical concepts
*BA/BSc or higher degree in Computer Science, Human-Computer Interaction, Cognitive Science, Behavioral Psychology, Information Science, Game Design or a related field. (Equivalent practical experience also considered)
