IT Support Analyst - 1st and 2nd Line - Tunbridge Wells

4 month fixed term contract - £27,000 p.a

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a personable IT Support Analyst, providing 1st and 2nd line support for a well-established professional business based in Tunbridge Wells.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience providing both 1st and 2nd line support within a windows environment.

Key responsibilities include:

Provide 1st and 2nd line support to circa 100 users both remotely and deskside
Coordinate setup and manage ICT equipment for training and meetings
Providing support across the following systems: printing, Microsoft applications (MS Office, Exchange, Office 365, SharePoint)

To be suitable you will have a strong working knowledge of MS Windows and MS Office. Any exposure to SharePoint, Cisco Telephony, Citrix XenApp, Meraki would be advantageous although not essential.

The basic salary on offer is £27,000 plus great benefits.
