Our education client is looking for an experienced HR shared services Manager to join their team on a permanent role and reporting to the Deputy Director of Human Resources.
Your main role is to lead, promote and maintain a high quality, professional shared services operation, engendering a culture of continuous improvement.

This is a fantastic opportunity to manage the operation and delivery of all HR shared services which include
Recruitment, contracts, compliance checks, HR database Management.
establishing effective and productive working relationships with key academic and professional services staff in order to understand business needs and advise on HR business processes.
They are looking for the ideal person who has a wealthy background in managing people and the skills that are required for effective managing.
What you'll need to succeed
The ideal candidate would have great knowledge of employment, equality and other compliance legislation, highly competent on excel.
Sound and thorough background and experience of managing customer focused HR operations within a complex organisation.
Experience in managing large scale and high volume recruitment, including implementing key business processes.
An experienced person who can bring proven evidence in developing staff.

Excellent salary scale from £39,000 and rising to £46,000
