12 Month Fixed Term Contract

Location: London Central

Reports To: Head of Change

Candidates must have Investment Management Experience

Your role:

To assist the Lead Project Manager with all Business Change BA activities relating to the design of Front Office Processes and Associated Work flows.

Deliver effective improvements in business processes.

Act as business partner to help sponsors and stakeholders to identify and prioritise opportunities for improvement - taking a cross functional view across businesses

Implement Work flow Management tools to connect internal teams and external parties.

Responsibilities

  • Work as part of project team to support planning, design, requirement gathering, documentation & overall project admin support
  • Work closely with the internal client teams to ensure understanding and proper implementation of change solutions
  • Ensure timely completion of work packs in line with project deadline and schedule
  • To ensure project deliverables are met
  • To schedule and lead project workshops and process training
  • Participate in developing sustainable solutions that will deliver the agreed benefits
  • To support, mentor and coach sponsors and stakeholders

Experience and Qualifications

  • Must have Investment Management Experience
  • Experience with Process Mapping,
  • Certified in Project Management, Prince2 ideal but no essential
  • Experience of a fund management company or similar financial services environment is desirable
  • Excellent Stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships
  • Proven Project Management skills and ability to understand and maintain project governance
  • Strong analytical thinking and ability to identify root cause
  • Strong communication & multitasking skills
  • Excellent planning, prioritisation, problem solving and organisational skills
  • Experience of balancing multiple tasks and playing different roles depending upon the size/type of project.
  • Proficient in Excel, Visio, Power Point, MS Project
  • Dynamic "can do" attitude with a strong desire to make things happen
