Salary: Up to £33,000 (dependent on experience)

Have you got a proven track record of managing budgets and customer acquisition and customer retention?
You will have full responsibility for creating, implementing, executing and analysing a fully integrated marketing strategy and utilising above and below the line channels. You will be developing social awareness within the target markets and adding value and input to all online activities, in order to maximise results in this fast moving and highly competitive industry. To achieve all of this you are also responsible for managing and leading a team of employees.
Developing the Integrated Marketing Communications Strategy alongside the brand manager as well as key stakeholders. This will include targeting on and off-line media and marketing vehicles in order to increase lead generation and revenue to the business. In addition, the team leader will be responsible for managing and guiding the implementation of this strategy with the marketing team.
You will also be working with all departments across the business and key stakeholders to develop engaging position within the market place both in the UK and internationally; support in dual branded marketing communications and activities; and to develop creative revenue focused campaigns.
