Digital Marketing Officer

A national charity who work with parents and young children, are looking for a passionate digital marketing enthusiast, with a blend of creative and technical skills. You'll develop and deliver innovative and effective targeted promotional campaigns and you will be at the heart of the release of a new website. You will also be joining an evolving and talented team.

Key responsibilities will include:

-Digital and direct marketing- writing, budgeting and delivering integrated marketing plans across online and offline channels.
-E-mail-Manage and optimise accounts, and ensure they are using email platform (currently dotmailer) to its full potential.
-Create and send e-mail campaigns
-Monitoring and evaluation- Track and evaluate the success of specific campaigns using analytic tools and feed this back to others for future development.
-Market research
-Delivering marketing projects
-Assisting the Digital marketing Manager
-Brand

Person specification:

-Minimum 3 years of experience in a marketing role.
-Good knowledge of the principles of marketing.
-Broad understanding and experience of print and digital marketing techniques and technologies
-Experience of effective use of marketing tools and techniques including SEO, AdWords, display, paid social and GA.
-Experience of developing, delivering and evaluating multi-channel, results-focused marketing plans and tactics.
-Excellent writing, editing and communications skills.
-Ability to interpret ROI both financially and impact-wise.
-Experience of managing multiple campaigns / events / projects at the same time.
-Focused with a high level of attention to detail.
-Creative, proactive, resourceful and able to get work done quickly and to a high standard.
-Experience of bulk email platforms (preferably Dot Mailer) to create content-based campaigns.
-Experience of online and offline marketing evaluation and using output to produce actionable insight.
-The ability to integrate social in to marketing plans.
-Experience of working with a range of stakeholders including external organisations, suppliers and internal stakeholders.
-Multi-tasker accustomed to prioritising work schedules and working to tight deadlines.
-Experience of dealing with third party relationships and working in partnership with others.
