This client has built a solid reputation over the last decade as the go-to company for all commercial property needs. They’re now looking to develop their commercial agency division. With the founder heading up the team, you’ll be working alongside a true expert in the industry - what better way to learn the ropes?!
The purpose of this role is to be the voice of the organisation and uncover potential deals. Once found, you’ll be responsible for making those deals happen. To do so, you will:
- Get on the phone to hunt down information regarding the needs of potential clients.
- Uncover properties with an urgent or distant letting need so it’s essential you leave a great impression to be in with a shot of winning the business.
- Be responsible for the entire process, from initial contact to completion. To make that happen, you’re encouraged to get out and about as much as possible.
Ideally, you’ll have a property-related degree and at least a year’s experience working in commercial agency and want to fast track your career in this field. You’ll need to be passionate about property and willing to prove yourself to be in with a shot. To be successful in this role, you’ll thrive in a fast-paced environment that demands hard graft. Personality wise, you’ll be outgoing, personable and presentable.
Your hard work will be rewarded with a basic of £20,000 - £25,000 dependent on experience. With commission, you can expect to double your salary. This client is committed to developing their staff and will provide RICS membership and sponsorship for professional exams.
