The Role:
As a Business Development Manager, you will be implementing your existing skills and experience to identify new business opportunities, selling Glass Partitioning to Architects, Designers and more. The role will be a hybrid of new business development and existing account management. You will be performing against set targets to make the most of the rewarding uncapped commission plan.

Experience Required:
The Business Development Manager must have experience in selling Glass Partitioning, or other similar products. The ideal candidate will have contacts with Architects and Designers. You will need to be a hunter for seeking new business and have a proven track record of growing existing accounts. You will demonstrate a great drive to succeed and consistently put in all efforts when working to achieve targets. You will also show exceptional communication skills, have clear confidence in a professional manor and have the persistence to exceed all set KPI's.

The Package:
The package on offer for a Business Development Manager, is a basic salary of £30,000 - £50,000 depending on experience with an uncapped OTE of £65,000 in your first year. You will also receive company car, company phone + laptop, generous pension, opportunities to progress and other flexible options.
