The Story:

This company is a one to watch and is known for their unique and world class hiring quality.  This isn't your usual end to end 360 recruiter, interested ???

This company's recruitment team is split into two parts and we are looking for a a senior recruiter in each one of the company's recruitment sectors.

Sector one is the a Talent Squad that focuses on creating innovative and creative ways of connecting with the best candidates out there this therefore isn't a role that just involves hiring through advertising and Linked-In.  This role will involve brand development, attraction and engagement as well as coming up with genius ways of connecting with candidates that others can't, therefore the ideal candidate needs to be able to not only direct hire but also think outside the box and be able to prove that they have done this is the past.

This position is taking responsibility for attracting and hiring world class candidates from a Product, Design and Marketing function.

Sector two is the Talent Squad that deals with candidate interaction and engagement i.e. once a candidate has been engaged and has show a strong and positive interest in a live role then it will be your job to make the candidate process as smooth and positive for the candidate so this is a role that deal purely with the candidate journey.

You will be a born explorer of new and emerging techniques in the Talent Acquisition industry, and be bold in your approach to attracting the best talents to the business.  You will be at the front end of one of the world’s most innovative online companies and therefore you will need to show a strong passion for the culture and spirit through all talent acquisition strategies, networking and communication.

About you:

- Our clients product is ‘Growth’ therefore experience in tapping into the unknown and scoping new markets and geographies for pools of fresh talent is essential
- You’ll need a sound understanding of the Tech industry and have a passion for digital innovation
- Strong experience of recruiting within a Tech Product, Design amd Marketing function
- Experience of recruiting globally would be advantageous
- Experience in building and implementing multi-channel attraction strategies
- Experience of raising brand awareness through successful campaigns
- Proven success in directly approaching passive candidates, through to closing
- An experimental approach to candidate attraction using social media, digital media and growth hacking techniques
- A proven track record of having used data to shape your strategy and talent pipelines
- Previous experience promoting internal and external referrals of top talents

As a Senior Recruiter in the Activation Team (Sector 2) you’ll be hands-on relationship builder. You’ll enjoy end to end candidate and stakeholder management. You will passionately drive through talent acquisition strategies and join the dots operationally to remove bottlenecks and barriers, offering the best possible candidate and stakeholder experience.

About you:

- Excellent Stakeholder management skills to create highly collaborative partnerships
- Obsess about continually improving the candidate journey and enhancing candidates’ experience
- Constantly ask – how can we be better, leaner, more efficient and see ideas through to execution
- Experience in generating scalable improvements to recruitment processes
- You’ll have used data to increase employer brand awareness and ROI using the analytics behind candidate behaviour and responses, as well as attraction and retention strategies
- You’ll be great at managing your time – juggling several candidates during their recruitment journey, with direct sourcing strategies and project work – internally we refer to this as ‘Daytime is precious’
- You’ll be a natural reader/learner and strive to keep your digital market knowledge up to date being an active participant in the digital community
- Experience in working for an international technology / Internet company is a definite advantage
