My client are an international law firm which specialises in the energy, infrastructure, financial services, real estate and advanced manufacturing and technology sectors.

The ideal candidate should have experience of:

Microsoft Windows operating system

Microsoft Office Suite 2010 to Advanced level

Working within an IT Service Desk (1st line)

Minimum 3 years experience supporting

Excellent analytical and problem solving skills

Translate technical information to customers

Patience and ability to remain calm under pressure

Logical approach to problem solving

Ability to work within a demanding environment

Flexibility is essential, as overtime (either before or after shift) may be required which is dependent on demands of the business
