This Derby based business have a need for someone to join them in a Purchasing/Administration role. It's a permanent full time position working for a growing business which is new to this area and the right person will need to be able to juggle lots of different balls as the remit covers quite a few areas!!!

Supporting the Office Manager, you will take responsibility for:

Purchasing duties

Placing orders on Sage and chasing/expediting orders

Liaising with suppliers

Helping to negotiate prices

HR duties

Supporting in HR administration

Helping to sift CV's


Supporting in processing weekly and monthly payroll

Updating employee details

Who should apply?

This role needs a good administrator who has some Purchasing experience. You'll be able to tackle lots of duties at any one time and will be willing to muck in and support your colleagues when necessary. This will be working as part of a small team initially but the team and business will grow so you'll need to adapt and change accordingly!!
