My client is looking for ambitious, entry level candidates to work across their sales team in a variety of business-to-business sales roles. Having experienced year on year growth since their formation in 2010, they're looking to bring in trainee executives to help rapidly expand their market presence and reinforce their good working relationships with FTSE 100 & blue chip organisations.

Having capitalised on emerging markets my client is looking to diversify their portfolio of products by expanding into new areas within a variety of niche markets within the Technology, Financial Services and Digital markets.

The training programme to help new sales executives consists of a variety of different components to ensure that executives can manage the full 360 process of the sales cycle:
·Business development aspects such as client sourcing and arranging client meetings.
·Client relationship management training.
·Account management training.
·Negotiation development techniques and sales training.

Previous successful applicants have gone on to progress to senior positions within the first two years of being within the role. Working within a meritocracy means that you will be truly rewarded for the work that you put in so your progression is solely dependent on your work ethic.

Previous successful consultants have demonstrated the following criteria:
·Come from a top 50 university with a 2:2 or above.
·Money motivation and the drive to further their career.
·Come from a sales background or have the ability and interest in moving into a fast paced sales role.
·A competitive streak from a sporting background or team based competitive environment.
