New Business Account Managers - £40-£60,000+ OTE- ERP, FMS,HR, CRM, Payroll
We are proud to be recruiting on behalf of one of the largest ERP providers in the UK. They have been providing a range of software solutions to the all sectors including Commercial, Not-for-Profit, Public, Financial Services and much more, for over 20 years. Due to their substantial growth they are looking to recruit a number of sales persons, New Business Managers and Account Managers with experience selling Enterprise Solutions and Software such as HRIS, Payroll, Accounting, Financials, Business Intelligence & Analytics, SCM, CRM, Legal & Healthcare and more
Within this very busy roles, the successful New Business and Account Managers will be home-based covering the whole of the UK and managing your own diary with heavy support from the Marketing and Professional Services teams. In terms of the new business side you will be supported by an inside sales team who will qualify leads for you. Account Managers will be managing a portfolio of existing clients, attending meetings and upselling where possible.
Due to the nature of these 2 distinct sales roles the best Account Managers and New Business Development Managers would be persons who are very versatile and dynamic.
This New Business Account Managers responsibility include:
- Developing new business
- Managing day to day requirements of allocated clients
- Upselling and cross selling across the business
- Carrying out face to face meetings / web ex's / conference calls etc...
- Meeting regularly with internal stakeholders
To be considered you will need:
- Account Management / Client relationship / Business Development experience
- Must have experience within the IT/Software industry
- Ability to manage own workload / diary / targets
- A desire to progress and a long term career
- Fantastic communication skills
Salary: £40,000 - £60,000 + Double OTE
- £6,000 car allowance
