Primary Trainee Teacher - Premier Pathways - London

You will be part of a new generation of teaching talent to transform and inspire young minds. If you are looking to gain a career for life and unlock potential Premier Pathways is the teacher training for you!

Premier Pathways is an exciting and supportive teacher training route! Two years, school based, a paid salary and an unique support network!

Premier Pathways is a progressive phase system that allows you to build your confidence and teaching ability at your own pace! At the end of your two year journey you will gain a PGCE with QTS with NO COST TO YOU!

Scholar Phase
• You will be given two terms to find your feet in a new environment and begin to develop your teaching ability.
• You will be starting in a support role in the school which may include some team teaching and small group work.

Advanced Scholar
• Building your teaching skills as you begin to work on a timetable (up to 50%) and you will take on more responsibility with students.
• You will be carrying out lesson observations to help you build your teaching skills
• Team teaching with colleagues to introduce you to the best techniques.

PGCE year
• You will have an in-school mentor
• You will also complete three PGCE essays
• Your Teaching timetable will be 80%
