We are currently recruiting for one of our extremely reputable clients who are large, with an abundance of career opportunity.

Right now, we have an exciting opportunity within our plc client, and are seeking an experienced Senior MI Analyst/Developer. We are looking for a proactive individual who is able to look for process improvements within our internal database. In this role, you’ll provide and manage the output of information from the team and provide support for the activities of the UK Sales & Marketing team.

At present, we are developing our system and looking to automate processes within this, you will be required to create and implement any development and automation projects. This will include the development of new work flows.

In order to carry out this role you will have a hands on approach and have advanced experience of database design and manipulation using SQL Server, MS Access, MS Excel, you will also be conversant with database querying and look-ups.
Key Responsibilities will include:
• Staff/project management
• Supporting UK S & M team with information & reports
•Continuous improvement & development on current practises
• Create presentations & present in senior meetings
• Rebate tracking
• Supporting the development of SQL Server and helping with the transition
• Hands on support with the Group Sales Administrators & Group Sales Supervisor
Qualifications and Experience
• Degree trained in Business Information Technology
• Advanced skills in Excel and Access
• VBA Lookups
• Experience of using SQL Server and an advantage would be of using SSRS (SQL Server Reporting Services)
• Meticulous and detail orientated
• You will need to be a team player as the role involves working closely and collaboratively with people at all levels of the business
• Advanced qualifications in Maths and English
• Experience of working in a similar role
• Full Driving License required
