Role: PR Manager
Duration: 6 Months

Role Overview:
We are seeking a creative, enthusiastic and well-organised communications champion who can create and deliver consumer PR campaigns.
This includes building a proactive PR strategy, launching new products, surfacing and telling creator stories and building responses to issues we face. You'll be engaging with journalists, pitching stories and managing a busy press office. This role could broaden in time to include other areas of interest.
We are seeking an excellent and truly dynamic PR operator that can distill complex ideas into simple narratives, think up big bold ideas and drive a strong proactive PR strategy (including social).

Responsibilities:
In this role, you will:
*Work with a great UK team to develop and execute a PR strategy.
*Communicate with journalists and other thought leaders, engage in face-to-face meetings with commentators and opinion formers.
*Collaborate closely with global communications, policy and other teams.

Minimum Qualifications:
*Minimum BA/BS degree with a strong academic record
*Professional experience in fast-paced business or non-profit environment

Preferred Qualifications
*Experience dealing with tough issues and communicating arguments in a simple, effective way.
*Experience in Communications and storytelling is a strong advantage
*Outstanding organisational skills to manage numerous projects at once, from preparing concise written materials that communicate key messages, to managing budgets, to cultivating relationships with UK and international media outlets.
*Confidence and experience advising executives.
*Excellent communication skills - verbal and written (ability to write statements, blog posts, comms docs, speeches) - in English (MUST) and additional language preferred.
