We have exciting opportunities to join a respected not for profit organisation as a Client Support Advisor.

Working as part of a dedicated, energetic team, you will have a wonderful service ethic and a passion for going the extra mile. You will be detail focussed, have a reassuring yet authoritative telephone manner and able to deliver compassionate advice whilst being mindful of best practice and legal limitations.

An organised and methodical approach will be essential, as well as excellent organisational skills and the ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure that you can meet strict timescales. You will also be on hand to then provide any other back up administration support that may be needed by the team.

With experience of working in a regulated environment to strict KPI’s, you will have achieved C grades or above at GSCE or equivalent in English and Maths. Naturally, you will have strong IT skills, particularly with regard to CRM packages, and amazing attention to detail.
