Swedish speaking Customer Service Representative £21,000

Located in the centre of Nottingham, our client, a leading international organisation, has an immediate vacancy for a native Swedish speaker to join their Customer Service department. You will be looking after key / independent accounts and be responsible for building first class relationships with your customers. Duties will involve order management, dealing with deliveries and following up claims and returns too. You will be liaising with warehousing and distribution to get orders out and liaising with their credit teams to make decisions as to whether to release orders or put them on stop etc.

This is a busy and demanding role and would ideally suit a proactive, confident, outgoing individual who works well within a team environment, who can build and develop relationships with customers and internal departments. You must be commercially aware, be able to deal with conflict, issues and complaints and work within an ever changing environment.

Previous customer service experience essential, ideally gained within a fast moving retail environment. The ability to speak Swedish to a native level is essential.
