Agile Project Manager / Scrum Master - Multi award winning, Global company - Shoreditch (London) - £40,000 - £50,000

I am currently looking to recruit an ambitious, forward thinking, Agile Scrum Master / Project Manager in partnership with a global, dominant and highly reputable organisation who have firmly established themselves as the leader in the market place they successfully operate within.

My client is looking to appoint a driven and forward thinking professional, with a passion for IT and a creative flair towards Agile Project delivery.

This role is perfect for someone who is potentially:

*A couple of years into the role of a Scrum Master, who is looking to take the next step up, with full training and mentoring on management

*An ambitious PM, who has been partly trained on the art of Scrum Mastery and wants to learn from some incredibly talented professionals

*Enjoys to have fun, be heard and can pick things up quickly

*Scrum Master qualified (desirable)

You will work closely with a strong team of Project Managers, Product Owners, Developers (in house), Devops and internal / external stake holders, ensuring new product features and requests are built into the product roadmap and delivered within agreed release dates.

Role responsibilities:

*Manage appropriate Scrum tools to ensure transparency and success of projects
*Work with the Product Owner to define the roadmap and vision for any given product and document the backlog
*Lead the collaborative, dynamic planning process - prioritising the work that needs to be done against the capacity and capability of the team
*Support the team to remove any impediments and breaking down any barriers impeding team delivery
*Produce and provide timely reports to all stakeholders
*Capture, record and manage Risks, Issues, Dependencies and Assumptions
* Matrix-managing a multidisciplinary team
*Ensure all products are built to an appropriate level of quality
*Responding to changing requirements in an Agile delivery model
*Assisting with internal and external communication, improving transparency, and radiating information
*Supporting and educating the Product Owner, especially with respect to refining (aka grooming) and managing the product backlog. Required

Skills/Experience

*Good skills and knowledge of servant leadership, facilitation, situational awareness, conflict resolution, continual improvement, empowerment, and increasing transparency
*Knowledge of well documented patterns and techniques for filling in the intentional gaps left in the Scrum approach (Burndown techniques, numerous Retrospective formats, handling bugs, etc)
*The ability to distinguish between what "is Scrum" what is "not Scrum"
*Experience being on multiple Scrum teams in a variety of different contexts (different team sizes, different organisations, different cultures, co-located vs. distributed, etc)
*Track record of continued and recent education in Scrum, including training, conferences, user groups, self-study, etc.
* Knowledge of other approaches discussed in the Agile space: XP, Kanban, Crystal,
FDD, etc
*Knowledge and/or experience with widely successful Agile techniques: User
Stories, ATDD, TDD, Continuous Integration, Continuous Testing, Pairing,
Automated Testing, Agile Games
Applicable knowledge of the technologies used by the Development Team - Nginx,
node, javaScript, PHP, JEE. mySQL, Mongo, Big Query
*Excellent communication and mentoring skills
