Clinical Development Nurse (RGN or RMN)
Location: Oxfordshire
Salary: £38,000
Hours: 40 hours per week. Largely 9-5 but may vary to meet the company's needs.
Requirements: You will need your own car as the role is across several homes in Oxfordshire.

Time Recruitment are looking to recruit for an exciting role in Oxfordshire for a Clinical Development Nurse. The main aim of this role is to review and support the clinical performance of each home in the region to achieve maximum performance in all aspects of the clinical care and quality organizational agenda.

Successful applicants for this post will have an active NMC Pin (RGN or RMN) with experience at a management level in a nursing home.

Your duties will include, but are not limited to;

Quality and Regulation
- Review the clinical performance
- To identify concerns through robust quality assurance using the whole home audit
- Support the Home to meet all regulatory and statutory requirements including staff clinical training.

- To strengthen and develop professional and clinical leadership of staff and model person centered care in your practice
- Provide support for the activities team in the home in conjunction with the Care Home clinical lead
- To be a key member of the Care and Quality team

Commercial awareness and success
- Taking part in any Divisional or Regional initiatives to support growth of the business.
- Recruitment of staff

- Be professional, courteous and transparent in your communication
