Sewell Wallis are recruiting for an experienced Purchase Ledger/Accounts Administrator to join a family owned business in Doncaster. The role would be varied due to the size of the finance team and the successful candidate would primarily manage the Purchase Ledger function amongst other duties. This position would suit an experienced and stable candidate.

Duties:
- Reporting to the Financial Controller.
- Working closely with the Sales Ledger administrator and Assistant Accountant.
- Checking and coding supplier invoices to the accounting system.
- Printing bank statements and reconciling on a daily basis.
- Resolving any queries.
- Checking, balancing and posting Petty Cash for all three sites.
- Processing staff expense claims.
- Checking calculations on timesheets for agency staff.
- Ensuring all suppliers are paid to agreed terms, doing weekly BACS payments when necessary.
- Supplier statement reconciliations & deal with invoice/ supplier queries.

Hours: Full time (08:30 - 16:30)
Salary: Up to £22K
