Exciting new opportunity for a Registered Branch Manager to work with one of the UK's largest homecare providers. Offering a salary of £45,000.

This prestigious provider is looking for an experienced Registered Manager to oversee their Cambridgeshire Branch. The Registered Manager will be responsible for providing effective leadership and management at branch level ensuring cost effective delivery of services and that branch office and staff are fully compliant with all policies, procedures and regulations.

Other duties will include such things preparing and delivering detailed reports on the business to senior management and the Company Directors to liaising with Service Users, their family and other care professionals to ensure their ongoing care needs are being properly met.

As the Registered Branch Manager, you must have the following Minimum NVQ Level 5 *or equivalent*

* Minimum 2 years' managerial experience
* Knowledge of CQC regulations and inspections
* Strong staff supervision and managerial skills
* Full UK drivers license and a access to own vehicle
