Business Development Manager

£25,000K + Commission + Car


My client is a market leading environmental organisation, who are well established across the U.K. The company are currently going through major growth which brings the opportunity for a BDM to join the successful sales team.

The main duties of a Business Development Manager are;

* Build, develop and grow relationships with clients using a consultative sales approach
* Research and generate own sales opportunities through business development
* Arrange sales meetings
* Follow up on warm leads
* Communicate with colleagues to maximise every sales opportunity
* Demonstrate full knowledge of services and products available
* Maintain regular contact with clients through calls and e-mail
* Deal with inbound client enquiries
* Maintain and update the CRM system

To be considered for the position you must;

* Sales experience within a B2B capacity is essential. Ideally you will be experienced in the full sales process from lead generation/prospecting to closing
* Excellent communication skills
* Be self motivated, ambitious and driven
* Showing a willingness to learn and develop within the company
