The Safety, Health and Environment Administrator will be pivotal to the successful operation of the St. Modwen Homes SHE team, by assisting with day to day administration duties, collation and management of information for company reports, accident and incident investigations and data submissions for Group reports, including accident rates and waste data. The Administrator will also assist with maintaining document control and the H&S management system and be the first point of contact for the team, fielding queries and directing people to the information they need. A challenging role within a growing team, the administrator will be an important part of our journey towards excellence in SHE performance.

The candidate should:

• Be familiar with key aspects of H&S management and terminology(training will be provided).
• Have IT capability, including Word/Excel/PowerPoint.
• Understand general business systems and processes.
• Have excellent organisation abilities and personal time management.
• Have a clear understanding of importance of the role in the team and the standards of performance that are expected.
• Attention to detail.
• Actively manage own PDP.
• Able to manage/prioritise workload effectively
