Manager – Learning Disabilities

Tenure: Permanent
Salary: £31,625
Hours: 39hrs per week

Certitude is looking to recruit a Manager to work across 3 of our Supported Living services in Bromley, supporting people with a range of learning disabilities, autism and complex needs.

We are looking for a Manager who wants to further develop their leadership skills in a vibrant environment. You will be working with a skilled team, families and partners to deliver personalised support and care. You will need to understand the importance of leading by example, modelling the type of behaviour that you expect from others, and forging fantastic relationships with all of your key stakeholders. You will set standards, monitor performance and manage budgets in order to deliver continuous improvement for the people we support.

You will help to maintain the excellent reputation of the services. We are looking for people who have a sound understanding of CQC regulations and the Essential Standards. Most importantly you will be a great team manager, able to motivate and develop teams to deliver person centred, recovery focused support.
