Randstad are currently recruiting for Senior Site Manager for a large regional main contractor with work located across Hampshire, this position is for manager with strong knowledge managing internal packages of large schemes. The internal packages will be circa of £4 Million and the sector of work will be commercial or leisure.

Role & Responsibilities:

As part of our clients continued success and expansion, an exciting opportunity has arisen for Senior Site Manager to join their highly professional and experienced team,.

The Site Manager would be permanently based on site & responsible for all on site duties, reporting Into a Senior Project Manager. . They would oversee the entire work force on site, labour, subcontractors & junior management

Ideal Candidate:

The ideal candidate will be an experienced construction Site Manager; preferably with, commercial, Leisure & Educational experience that you have gained with a regional or national main contractor. You will have an excellent commercial awareness about you; along with strong profit and loss management skills. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a fast paced, successful and driven construction team.
