Randstad are currently recruiting for a Project Manager for a regional business with work across the Thames Valley and Oxfordshire region. This contractor has secured a £5 Million design & build scheme within the Education sector, this project manager would be reporting into a visiting contracts manager and operations director.

This project manager must have knowledge and first hand experience delivering similar size schemes up to the value of £ 5 Million, ideally located 45 mins of Reading and has worked for either a National or large regional main contractor.

Role & Responsibilities:

As part of our clients continued success and expansion, an exciting opportunity has arisen for a Project Manager to join their highly professional and experienced team.

The Project Manager would be permanently based on site & responsible for all on site duties, reporting into a visiting Contracts Manager and operations Director. The project Manager have multiple on site Management and trades reporting into him, he is expected to liaise with all stake holders, in house management, subcontractors & labour force. .
