Randstad are currently recruiting for a Senior Site Manager for a large regional Main Contractor in Hampshire, this contractor has secured a range of contracts across Berkshire & Hampshire which has sparked this requirement.

The Senior Site Manager would be a key part of their delivery team for key clients; the contracts secured will range from one of bespoke homes to large single estate's up to the value of £17 Million.

Our client has work in the following sectors:

* Commercial
* Private Housing
* Restoration


Our client is a successful regional contractor who has be operating for many years & has build a fantastic client base, the client has multiple offices across the UK & with a turnover circ of £50 Million. They operate across Hampshire, Berkshire, Wiltshire & all across the M3 / M25 corridor.

The client focuses on a wide range of sectors that have been stated above, the value of works do range from £1 Million - £17 Million projects all within the high end housing sector.

Ideal Candidate:

The ideal candidate will be an experienced construction Site Manager; preferably with, commercial & high end housing sector, you would have gained your knowledge with a regional or national main contractor. You will have an excellent commercial awareness about you; along with strong profit and loss management skills. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a fast paced, successful and driven construction team.
