IT Technical Support / Desktop Support / 1st Line/ 2nd Line
This is an exciting opportunity in the data security market as a Technical Support Engineer. You will be part of a market leader that delivers solutions for renowned public and private sector companies across Europe.
Our Client is based very close to Reading train station.

- You will be offering support to high profile customers such as HSBC and Nissan.
- You will be part of a team of experts in data protection that supports a large percentage of the FTSE 100.
- You will be joining a company that helps a range of businesses and organisations classify, protect and securely exchange their data.
- You will be part of a growing company that has doubled in size since last year.


- You will be supporting market-leading clients, carrying out troubleshooting and technical support whilst liaising with members of the team.
- You will be given the relevant training and the tools to succeed.
- You will have the opportunity to evolve from help-desk to a full consultancy role within 3 months.

Required Experience

- You will have experience within the IT industry, along with strong troubleshooting abilities, ideally in a 1st or 2nd Line support opportunity.
- You will have experience with Active Directory.
- You will have experience working across either Windows or Linux Operating Systems.
- Experience of working within a fast-paced environment.
