Our clients Business Support team has an opportunity for an administrative assistant to work within their central team providing effective administrative and post services support on a daily basis to their Reading based office.

This is a permanent, full time position, working 9.00am to 5.00pm Monday to Friday

Candidates must be flexible, organised, able to prioritise work and have the ability to work under pressure. Excellent IT skills are essential as is a strong attention to detail.

Key role responsibilities:

•Administrative and document services support (scanning, copying, printing etc)
•Dealing with enquiries from colleagues and third parties and provide effective transfer of information.
•Working to continuously develop effective ways of working within the team

Key skills:

•Excellent IT skills (Microsoft word, Excel, Outlook)
•Essential to have excellent written and verbal communication skills
•Good time management
•Ability to work under pressure with little supervision
•Ability to pay close attention to detail
