Compensation and Benefits Manager - £50,000 - £55,000 – Part Remote, London/Glasgow (Travel required)

We are currently partnering with a well-known global brand in search for their UK Compensation and Benefits Manager. The business is a household name with operations around the world however this role with a predominant focus on the UK operations.
The role will take immediate responsibility for a team of 5 individuals and you will be responsible for their overall progression and development.
The position will be split between London and Glasgow and can also be partly home based. You will be expected to travel to Glasgow 2-3 times per month if London based and vice versa.
Responsibilities will include:

• Responsible for the global Compensation and Benefits guidelines for the country.
• Develop and implement a Compensation and Benefits strategy that contributes to the overall business objectives.
• Building internal relationships with country management and the wider HR team providing subject matter expertise on request.
• Supporting internal UK and International decisions across the C&B function.
• Monitor salary and benchmarking trends to ensure the business remains competitive in the marketplace.
• Partner with finance to deliver the national compensation process including bonus planning, salary planning, and incentive schemes including pensions.
• Work with external vendors that contribute to the overall C&B department.
• Have overview of the national compensation budget making sure staff across the business remain satisfied.

Person specification
• Proven ability to communicate with and influence key stake holders, with confidence and credibility.
• Strong analytical mindset and problem solver.
• Previous experience in Compensation and Benefits.
• Strong Manager comfortable developing a team
