My client has an exciting, new opportunity to join their energetic team. You will be involved in first and second line support and services to all their end users' requests.

Key duties required:

Diagnosing and solving hardware/software faults

Logging customer/employee queries

Installing and configuring computer systems

Providing technical support in the timely resolution of incidents related to hardware, software and telephony.

Works to agreed SLAs and ensures all incident information is recorded in correct manner in order to provide accurate data for report management

Takes ownership of user problems, performing technical diagnosis and resolving the issue either remotely or on-site.

You will need to understand and comply with Service Level Agreements for all clients to assign all issues to bug or issue status and priority.

My client will also need you to provide support all clients and prospects aiming to ensure a high level of client satisfaction directly based on accurate expectations.
