We are one of the leading providers of temporary services to the Construction Industry and are looking to recruit an experienced Business Development Manager to join the team based in Trafford Park, Manchester.

Initially, you will join the existing team and learn the technical side of the business, before working in sales, growing the existing client base and introducing new clients throughout the Northern regions.

You will also be responsible for tendering and procuring new contracts from both new and existing clients within the construction industry, providing temporary electrical and mechanical solutions.

Essential Criteria:

* Degree educated or proven sales track record within the construction industry
* Understanding of M&E contracting
* Good communication and negotiation skills
* Live within commuting distance to Trafford Park
* Self-motivated
* Enthusiastic
* Confident with a drive to succeed
* Must hold current driving licence
* A good degree of technical knowledge or electrical experience

Additional Salary Info: Company car or car allowance, salary dependent on experience.
