Conference Producer for an independant Conference Organiser with offices in New York and San Francisco. These guys produce conferences, networking events and webinars within the Finance sector in the USA.

This is an all rounder type role the client wants someone to come in and produce their flagship event, along with a series of smaller events likes Private Dinners, Seminars and Breakfast Breifings. Not only will you be doing the production, but also selling sponsorship sales and doing the full operations/logistics for their events.

$60,000 to $80,000+5%+Bens

Key responsibilities:

* Conduct industry research via telephone interviews and desk research.
* Create conference agendas within the finance sector.
* Secure high-profile speakers for conferences and networking events.
* Write marketing copy for emails, website and print brochures.
* Produce relevant content for the events, including Q&As with speakers, webinars, video interviews, press releases and reports.
* Collaborate with the sales team on conference attendees and sponsorship.
* Liaise with sponsorship clients in the run-up to the event.
* Event logistics, including venue selection, managing vendors, and keeping to a budget.


* 3 years' experience producing B2B conferences.
* An interest in the financial industry.


* Experience producing conferences and events for the financial industry.

To be considered for this role you must live in the USA, either in New York or San Francisco with at least 3 to 5 years conference production experience, a willingness to sell sponsorship and get involved with the Operations/logistics
