Manufacturing Futures are currently seeking an electrically biased Maintenance Engineer for a furniture manufacturer located in West Yorkshire. The successful Maintenance Engineer will have a strong background in electrical engineering as well as experience of working with mechanical equipment. Experience working in a manufacturing environment and the ability to work on a range of CNC machinery faults will be best suited. Engineers need to be able deal with a fast paced environment,fault find and solve technical issues on a range of equipment.

Maintenance Engineer - Role and Responsibilities - Electrical Engineer / Maintenance Electrician / CNC

* Carry out electrical and mechanical fault-finding and repairs on machinery
* Help develop and carry out routine plant preventative maintenance (PPM) programs
* To work on installation & testing of all plant on site
* Installation, repair and development of machinery and equipment
* Electrical installation, single and three phase, panel building, PLCs
* Cover a split shift pattern covering the hours of (Apply online only) Monday to Friday with additional weekend work

Maintenance Engineer - Skills and Abilities - Electrical Engineer / Maintenance Electrician / CNC

* Minimum time served electrical engineering apprenticeship
* Minimum 3 years' experience in a production maintenance environment with a multi-skilled approach
* Multi-skilled flexibility - electrical and mechanical
* Experience of working in a team to achieve joint targets
