I am currently recruiting for 2x Benefits and Housing Needs Officers in the North East London area, these are full time positions.

The main purpose of this role is to process Real Time Information records from HM Revenue & Customs.

The Ideal candidate will be Proven experience of processing all types of Housing Benefit claims on Academy Benefits system

* Up to date knowledge of Housing Benefit legislation and the ability to apply this accurately on a case by case basis
* A proactive and customer-focused approach to resolving queries
* Some experience of using Civica document imaging system or similar
