A Domiciliary care agency based in North London looking for a well organised individual who can work in a fast paced dynamic environment. You will be assisting the HR/Recruitment Manager with all aspects of compliance and recruitment.

Daily tasks will include (but are not limited to) filing, organising new and existing staff training, booking applicants on interviews, sending/chasing references, keeping all compliance tracker spreadsheets up to date, file auditing. You may also be required to assist the Registered Manager with any other administrative tasks.

The Ideal Candidate will need:
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel is required.
- Experience in the Care sector is preferred, although not required.

You will be required to have:
- A minimum of 1 years experience within admin
- Proven experience with Microsoft Excel and Word.

For your hard work you will be rewarded an annual salary of up to £17,000, Along with this you will be put on a pension scheme unless you request otherwise, 20 Days Annual Leave + Bank Holidays and you will get pay reviews.
