Telesales Executive ( B2B)



£18,500 to £21,000 plus commission and company benefits

Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm

This is the Job

As one of the Telesales Executive team you will be responsible for prospecting new customers with a view to bringing them on board with our client products. The role will also include management and development of relationships within the existing customer's base to ensure maximum customer compliance with all products and services taken.

Customer retention is key, developing rapport and driving initiatives to customers on a case by case basis. Responsibility in identifying opportunities to introduce additional products and services to maximise product/service penetration and revenue and profit within existing portfolio.

Within the role, you will be working to create your own opportunities whilst also working alongside a BDM when necessary.

Duties and responsibilities:

* Sales of FRM on-line driving licence checking to corporate fleet operations within the SME marketing potential data subjects 25- 250
* Sales of FRM/Data Check driving licence checking to other identified sectors/fleet populations
* Sales of ancillary FRM services to all prospective customers, where appropriate
* Sourcing and researching leads before telephoning contacts with identified products with a purpose to sell.
* Recording all prospect information and contact details on the CRM sales database.
* Where additional information requested:

1 Provide on-line demonstration
2 Agreed time for follow up with prospect
3 Record contact details and next actions on CRM

* Following up within agreed timescales with view to closing deal or recording feedback and next actions on CRM.
* Sending of required documents within the company SLA. When Terms and Conditions are signed ensure all information is logged on the CRM and then send to appropriate colleague to process.
* Expectation is to close sales and achieve targets.

The successful candidate will have the following:

* Demonstrate experience of sales process within a telesales role
* Self-motivated and highly driven
* Innovative approach
* Good numeracy and literacy skills
* Confident objection handing skills
* Excellent communication skills at all levels
* Experienced in negotiations
* Expert in MS office and confident in use of on-line database
