Mobile App Development Services Sales / Digital Agency Business Development Manager / Software Sales Consultant is required by the leading provider of Digital technology solutions to the sports, gaming and gambling sector.

The Company:

An award winning and rapidly growing provider of Digital Development Services. They are specialists within financial services, sports, gambling and gaming sectors. This company has industry recognised subject matter experts to support sales activities. Your role will be to open doors, identify sales opportunities, manage internal presales resource and close sales.

The company has been consistently growing in recent years and now needs to expand the business development team. This company is financially very strong with a substantial pipeline of incoming work and a healthy flow of inbound sales opportunities.

This award winning Digital Media developer has significant marketing support available as you would expect from a leading brand and an impressive list of blue chip clients. However you must also be capable and willing to create opportunities yourself by means of networking activity. Having the ability qualify prospects is essential.

Head office is in Manchester and candidates should be based within 1 hour commute as you will be required to be in the office regularly when not out visiting prospects.

The person:

We are looking for an individual with the ability and tenacity to sell complex bespoke Digital solutions and platforms, including ecommerce into the gambling, sports and financial services verticals. The successful candidate must be able to demonstrate sales of projects worth £20k+ at Director Level. This will be predominantly a new business sales role.

Your approach should naturally be new business focused, very consultative and you must be able to demonstrate a solution sales methodology. It is essential that salespeople have at least 2 years demonstrable, successful sales track record in a complex, technology solutions or services environment. Understanding the client’s business and thinking from a user experience perspective will be critical to successful sales. You must have the sales skills and credibility to pitch Digital Media concepts and development projects at Director Level.

Candidates must have experience of managing internal technical resource to scope out projects and pull proposals together.

The package:

The package includes a Basic salary likely to range from £25,000 to £40,000 and there is an uncapped OTE of £60,000 to £80,000. A company car or car allowance is also included as is a pension scheme after an initial qualifying period.
