IT Sales Executive / Solution Sales Business Development Manager is required for IT Managed Services Sales to the SME marketplace.

The Company

A well established and innovative IT Services provider is looking to recruit an experienced Sales Executive to sustain their growth. This organisation provides Hosted Desktop Solutions and Managed Services Small and Medium size businesses (SME). This sales role is to build relationships with the senior decision makers as they look to define their IT strategy. Therefore tenacity and credibility are required to be successful in this role. This organisation has been particularly successful in several niche markets, particularly professional services providers such as Accountants and Solicitors. This new role has been created to capitalise on their strong growth, helping them continue to expand into new vertical markets.

The candidate

This role requires a highly motivated, ambitious and target driven Sales Professional with a minimum of 2 years Sales experience in a Face to Face Sales capacity. It is preferable, though not essential, that you have experience of selling IT Services. Experience selling into the professional services sector such as Lawyers / Solicitors and Accountants will be very interesting. You will be comfortable working at all levels within an organisation as well as being able to demonstrate a successful record of sales at Director level. The successful candidate will adopt a Consultative / Solution Sales approach to win New Business and be a successful Account Manager to those new clients thereafter.

The package includes a Basic salary ranging from £30,000 to £35,000 and there is an uncapped OTE of £55,000 to £70,000. A company car or car allowance is also included as is a pension scheme after an initial qualifying period.
