Media Sales Executive – Outdoor- Bedford Region
£15-£18K + Commission OTE £20-25K

A dynamic Media Sales Account Exec is required to sell Outdoor Media opportunities in the Bedford Region, through developing strong relationships with Local/Regional businesses.

Working closely with the Sales Manager, these relationships will be secured by delivering planned campaigns accurately, within customer requirements, to budget and set time scales.
Through new business and repeat you will develop your own portfolio of accounts

Main Duties / Key Tasks 
-Pro-actively canvass new business prospects via cold-calling, walk-ins, emails etc
-Achieve sales orders at commercially acceptable levels, including rates, quality and quantity
-Maintain a good working knowledge of space availability.
-Complete all records on a database including; all prospects, appointments and activity
-Meet agreed, realistic, targets both in sales & appointments

The Candidate
-To be considered for this role you must be proactive, tenacious and resilient, with drive and a passion for working within the media industry
-Energy and enthusiasm are key and you should have demonstrable skills of working with Outlook and Microsoft Office
-You must be confident in approaching new business contacts and have the ability to network effectively
-Excellent communication skills are required as you will be working closely with all internal and external teams, as well as senior staff to deliver for your clients
-No specific Media Sales experience is required, as full training will be provided, but you must have a demonstrable ability to sell and to develop close relationships.

However this is an ideal opportunity to join the Media Industry and with an uncapped OTE of up to £25K plus car allowance, a generously rewarded one, depending on sales performance
