Graduate Business Development Executive: The role 

As Graduate Business Development Executiveit will be your responsibility secure new business opportunities for the company. Initially office based, you will learn how to generate new leads, successfully book face-to-face meetings and close sales whilst working closely with your manager.

It`s important that you get the most out of your leads. To enable you to achieve your full potential and have maximum impact, you will undertake a structured training course that will develop your key business skills and help you to take full advantage of the uncapped commission that you can earn!

The training and development process will help you to become more independent. You will become more involved in meetings- eventually running them by yourself. To put it simply, you will start in an internal position and progress into a client facing role.

- Essential - Educated to degree level 
- Essential – A FULL UK Driving Licence
