We are currently recruiting on behalf of a very successful, progressive company based in the Leeds area. We are looking for an experienced Technical / 2nd Line Helpdesk Coordinator who has a genuine interest and passion in new technology and IT. This is an amazing opportunity to utilise and also develop your knowledge and skill set within this sector. The successful 2nd Line Helpdesk Coordinator will have an excellent background within an IT / Technical role and will be looking for a new opportunity to challenge themselves in learning new technologies, systems and processes.

The Job:
As the Technical / 2nd Line Helpdesk Coordinator you will be:

*

Dealing with escalated IT / technical cases from the Customer Service team and other departments
*

Dealing with and managing various product issues
*

Working with the development team to test new ideas and products
*

Providing a product test service
*

Creating processes on product use and document all details
*

Working with various GPS, GSM & GPRS systems on a daily basis

Job Requirements

*

Experience with an IT related / 2nd Line support role is essential
*

Be a logical thinker capable of working through a problem with high attention to detail
*

Have a good knowledge of GPS, GSM, GPRS systems would be a distinct advantage
*

Be able to organise workload and provide clear updates to the team
*

Have a genuine interest in new technologies
*

Excellent communication and presentation skills both verbal and written.
*

Ability to work in a rapidly changing environmeny
*

Team player, with an efficient and proactive approach.
*

Smart appearance and professional attitude.
