The Commercial Officer provides effective support to the Contracts team under supervision of the Director, Contracts. We will provide full training for the role to cover:

Preparing communications and presentation materials

Routine contract administration of representative and distributor network globally

Preparation of basic contracts using Curtiss-Wright templates.

Collects and prepares information for use in discussions/meetings.

Responsible for day-to-day management of internal Contracts websites for the business.

Skills, knowledge, experience

Ideally 1-2 years working in a commercial organisation

Skilled written and verbal communicator including appropriate messaging and communication channels.

Ideally would have Sharepoint knowledge


Qualified to degree level, preferably in Law


Enthusiastic, driven and action oriented

Ability to deal with complexity

Good attention to detail


Problem solver

Ability to work across multiple global locations with all levels in the business

Flexibility with hours to suit multiple timezones

Trustworthy and confidential (handles details of a highly confidential and critical nature)

Business acumen, knows how business works

Uses time effectively and knows how to plan
