We are looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated Deputy Manager to join our team in Peterborough. This role is offered on a permanent basis working full time, 37.5 hours per week.

About the role
As our new Deputy Manager you will provide a customised, responsive and high quality service to people with multiple sensory impairments and/or learning disabilities. You will help manage a team that supports and encourages amazing people to communicate, express themselves and connect with the world around them.

A full UK driving licence and use of your own vehicle is an essential requirement for this role.

You must be willing to work towards BSL level one (or equivalent), or be working towards an accredited award.

You will need to have a sound knowledge of person centred planning, rota planning and staff management/development. We would like to hear from you if you are a committed, flexible and enthusiastic team player who is able to coach and mentor a team of support workers. You will be IT literate and able to undertake some administration duties.

The successful candidate will have experience of dealing with challenging situations and of advocating in the best interests of individuals.
