Service Desk Team Leader required

Service Desk Team Leader required for our Managed IT client in Telford.

Job title: Service Desk Team

Reporting to: Service Desk Team Leader

Hours of work: 08:30 - 17:00 (although some flexibility is required to suit operational needs)

Responsibilities: The role will have responsibility for supervising the day to day operations of the 1st Line service desk team.

* ITIL awareness
* Technical exposure to virtual environments and cloud based technology
* Previous service team leader experience
* Technical requirements:-
* Good knowledge of PC & Laptop hardware/software.
* Windows 7 OS and Windows server (Apply online only), active directory and group policy
