Job description

My client is the UK's leading IT solutions company that specialize in making office life easier. They are the masters of productivity, bringing sharper, more effective print, voice and IT solutions to businesses of all shapes and sizes. They are redefining the managed print sector and transforming their client's day to day technical processes.

They are currently looking for an enthusiastic, tech savvy apprentice to join their expanding central London offices.

Key responsibilities:

Full training of the following will be provided plus you will be shadowing senior members of the team.

* Raise Purchase orders in the system for Equipment / Stock
* Create / Maintain Deal Files for New Clients
* Machine/ Accessory Stock Maintenance
* Liaise with Suppliers to obtain pricing and Stock from Xerox
* Make sure all Deal Files have the Requested Equipment ordered against them.
* Ensuring all engineers have logged off their calls and that the Job stack is up to date
* Reconciling invoices to all purchase orders
* Propose clients to leasing companies for deal clearance
* Call Customers for confirmation on Install Dates and Times
* Liaise with sales and support regarding installs
* Return of equipment to customers previous suppliers / Arrange disposal of old equipment
* Enter contract details on the system.
* Amend any changes to the contracts
* Deal with any customer queries that may arise
* Obtain Meter Readings on Machines that require Service billing.
* Service Billing
* Making sure XDA is up to date and reading correctly

Other Duties Included

* Receiving emails and calls relating to maintenance issues in the field.
* Logging jobs on
* liaising with engineers and instructing them of the maintenance issue and location
* Updating the customer with job status
* Ensure all service calls attended during the day have been logged off as appropriate
* Advise all service engineers their first call for the next working day
* Order all parts required from the days calls
* List any delays on parts where the ETA is more than 2 working days
* Monitoring of customers machine remotely on a daily basis

Key skills required:

* Excellent organisational skills and ability to prioritise workload.
* IT literate (especially with excel)
* Must be Organised and confident.
* Well mannered
* Professional attitude
